1.    Verify your both websites in single webmaster account with single methods.
2.    Transfer your old website setup on new domain.
3.    Use 301 redirects method to redirect old website content.
4.     On Google webmaster tool select old domain dashboard >> Configuration >> Change of address.
5.     Select the new domain and submit for review.
